Needs a look (recorded, not yet dealt with)
Everything the apps have written down that nobody has said they
handled. Worst first, not newest first. A card only leaves this list when someone taps
Dealt with and then confirms — scrolling past it does nothing.
For the record (no action needed)
Patterns (behaviour that repeats)
A driver who works parking garages, gated communities and
apartment complexes will flag honestly and constantly. That is why the reason for every single trip
is on the card. Read the reasons before you read the count — a count with nothing behind it is an
accusation, not a finding.
Complaints (written by customers)
A complaint arrives with its own evidence already beside it.
When somebody says the car was left nowhere near their house, the recorded distance is on this card —
you should never have to go and look it up.

Actions
Doc dates flagged expiring are within 30 days or missing. Approving a driver is what lets them go online — only approve after the background check clears.
Driver teams
Teams are formed by drivers themselves (spouses, friends) or from the partner-matching pool. Dispatch can see and suggest, but drivers accept their own pairings.

Arrival GPS (arrivals that need a look)
When a driver taps Arrived, the app records how far
the phone was from the pickup point. This list is every arrival where that check failed or could not
run — an arrival that matched is not listed here. It flags; it does not accuse. Bad signal, a parking
garage, and a wrong map pin all land in this list alongside a driver who tapped Arrived from somewhere else.
Read the distance and the accuracy together before you conclude anything.
Rows with no location recorded are the ones an
insurer asks about after a loss, so they are shown, not hidden.
Waiting on you (drivers blocked right now)
A driver who tried to go online and couldn't. Clear these first — each one is
someone who wants to work and can't.
Driver compliance (MVR & post-incident testing)
The underwriting package promises a motor vehicle record no older than three months
on every driver who works. The check is triggered by activity rather than a calendar: a record
must be current at the moment a driver goes online, and nothing is pulled for someone who isn't
driving. This is the page that proves it happened.

Terms of Service section 4 promises amounts "published in the app" — no figures are
printed in the contract, so you can set these once the insurance quote lands without amending
anything. Cents.
